Mold Remediation in Rayford TX.

When mold starts to grow in a home it is always due to a moisture problem. This Rayford Texas home had a pinhole leak in the wall that was eventually saturated through.

The fist picture shows how mold had grown on the drywall. There was enough water that even the paint started to sag and peel off the drywall.

SERVPRO of The Woodlands/Conroe were called to remediate the mold problem. We did so by tearing out the fungus covered wall.

The second picture shows how we cleaned and sealed the framing. The framing had some mold growth and it was removed but we always seal it to make sure it cannot grow back.
